Tray flyout with quick controls and a Tray menu settings tab #313
Description
Replace the owner-drawn tray menu with a small flyout window in the new Settings style (mockup keepers/tray/j01-calm-tint): optional Performance panel on top (aurora header), pinnable quick-control sliders (Warmth and Brightness by default), one row of icon-only toggle chips, and a bottom row for profile, Settings and Quit. Settings gets a 'Tray menu' tab: a Performance toggle plus two drag-to-reorder lists (sliders, toggles) with checkmarks and icons. Follow-up to #303 (stacks on PR #312).
