Add direct link to download the Apple tool

Wouldn't it be better if you link directly to the download page?

And also add a note that the user needs a paid account

Issue requirements

Current Behaviour:

• When the app launches and the App Clip Code Generator tool cannot be found, a label is displayed informing users that they need the tool from Apple.
• This label includes a clickable link to Apple's downloads page.

Desired New Behaviour:

• The label should include a direct download link to the tool: https://developer.apple.com/download/all/?q=%22app%20clip%22
• The label should indicate that a developer account is required to access the tool.
