A few things I've shipped

  • Rebuilt a 13,000-page platform as a prefetched static system — Lighthouse 90+ across all pages, DDoS neutralized
  • Built an AI translation pipeline with Google Gemini that cleared a multilingual CMS backlog in days
  • Replaced Azure Search with Algolia, wired to GTM + GA4 for full search-to-conversion tracking
  • Led a 2-person team to deliver 40 redesigned CMS pages in 21 days — 9 days ahead of a hard deadline

Background

Started in IT support, picked up dev on the side, went through a scholarship at Deggendorf Institute of Technology in Germany, and eventually landed where I am now. I've shipped across Nuxt, Vue, Angular, C# and Node — the stack changes, the approach doesn't.
