Implemented mmap interface and possibility to share memory between processes.
Fixed non-blocking read for pipe.
Fixed condition variable allocation without mutex.
It is possible to allocate only one frame of physical shared memory for now after discussion with teacher. It will be given as semestral work in upcoming years alongside with possibility to unmmap shared memory.
