Restores the eight metrics artifacts the README cites so every number is verifiable in-repo, adds a PNG architecture diagram with the script that generates it, and rewrites the README as: live link, what it is, architecture, measured results, how it works, infrastructure, quick start. Numbers were read from the artifacts, not from memory: leakage 0.9210 -> 0.7949, champion 0.95196 vs AutoGluon 0.952, ablation +0.4013 L0->L3, frontier 0.9156 vs 0.6225, rollback 3.9 ms, drift precision/recall 1.0 at 0-day lag, retrain median 6.85 s.

assets/architecture.png— PNG, no SVG and no mermaid. Generated byassets/make_architecture.py(Pillow, drawn at 2× and downsampled), committed alongside it so the diagram is reproducible rather than a binary drop.It uses a dark card with light text so it stays readable on both GitHub themes — an embedded SVG using
