Granularity of minutes for alert.py

Get notify by alert.py in less time

Example:

• Execute the crontab every 10 minutes
• The program just look at the last ten minutes of records

Pseudocode:

• Get minutes m
• Substract x number of minutes (same as the indicate in the crontab) and define an start time
  Need to manage m-x<0
• Select the data

m-x<0:

• tmp = m-x
• start time = 60 - tmp
• redefine hour (alert.py code)
• redefine date? (day, month) (alert.py code)

Maybe someday just for fun, at the moment the hour granularity is ok for me
