The README now leads with the current 5:09 walkthrough, its chapter links, and a prebuilt Docker quick start pinned to preview.15. Setup instructions consistently require four secrets and initialize PostgreSQL before starting the app.
The supporting docs clarify personal MCP permissions, agent approval policies, AI data flow, and content export limits while preserving the current backup, upgrade, and experimental Apps guidance. Application behavior is unchanged.
