Error handling and UI feedback must be clearer

When OCR encounters an issue (e.g., capturing non-English text while English language is selected), the app shows a generic error: "Capture failed or was cancelled" which is misleading.

Examples of bad error messages:

1. Selecting English OCR but capturing Arabic text → shows "Capture failed or was cancelled" (it didn't fail — OCR just found nothing)
2. Portal capture cancelled by user → shows same message as a real error
3. No text found in image → should say "No text found" not "Capture failed"

Expected:

• Differentiate between: capture cancelled, OCR returned no text, and actual failure
• Show user-friendly messages for each case
• Display errors in the UI (not just console)
