Make sure you already went through the Troubleshooting guide

OS X version (El-Capitan should be fine)
Plugin Version (just to make sure)
Sketch Version (just to make sure)
Where did you download it? (Sketch Toolbox/Download from Website, etc)
attach a crash Log (retrieving instructions)
