This fixes a bug where the SSE jobs were working, but not attaching correctly to the frontend. The fix is to only use 1 gunicorn worker, with multiple threads
MCAP processing benefits from multiple processes running an once. The GIL makes this tricky with gunicorn. The solution is to use both ProcessPool and ThreadPool. ProcessPool can scale across cpus for MCAP validation, and ThreadPool can efficientely handle io for uploads.
