Raise the existing undici 7.x floor from <7.29.0 to official 7.29.1 and the ip-address floor from <10.3.1 to <=10.5.0 → 10.7.1 so Dependabot GHSA-w293-vg96-wgc3, GHSA-rpw4-54j3-4h4q, and GHSA-2vr4-cq9g-pvrc clear without a parent major bump. Keep the undici 7.29.1 and ip-address 10.7.1 overrides. Raise existing pnpm overrides so Dependabot and the public token-free Security osv-scanner high-count gate can clear transitive advisories. Official same-major first_patched releases only; no parent major bump, no product or billing change, no shims.
