Throwaway PR to validate coverage-based test selection on a real Fortran-only change.
While #1468 (enforce) is unmerged, master is still in shadow, so this PR's CI runs the full suite but prints the selection it would prune to — look for
Coverage selection: ran N/M …in the github GNU test log. Expectation: a pruned subset (bubble/Euler-Euler tests), not run-all.After #1468 merges, this PR re-runs enforced (only the pruned subset actually runs). Once the prune is confirmed sound, close this — it's a throwaway.
