Add 32-axis support and update build environment

Key changes:
- 32-axis slider support (16 → 32 buttons)
- Update AGP to 8.1.0, Kotlin to 1.9.0, Gradle to 8.5
- Update compileSdk/targetSdk to 34
- Replace jcenter with mavenCentral + jitpack.io
- Add Android 12+ compatibility (FLAG_IMMUTABLE, exported)
- Replace ExpandableLayout with LinearLayout
- Fix LED display for 32 buttons
- Add expand/collapse functionality for control panel
