Key deliverables:

• Burn down top-N friction items from your dogfood recommendations
• Automated post-deploy smoke test on every merge to main (throwaway Railway project + teardown)
• Sentry → named channel you monitor first
• Status page (simple is fine)
• Your dogfood setup runs 7 consecutive days unattended

Exit: 10 consecutive one-click deploys succeed unattended; MTTFR < 5 min.
