• closes adversarial archive credential and numeric bypasses
• records the Signal Reliquary, Far Relay, portal, and deployment plans
• uses signed-safe FTB quest identities

• 512 Python tests passed
• pack verification reported VERIFY: ALL GREEN
• dedicated server harness reported SERVER BOOT: OK
• Public Delivery Task 1 passed independent review after four scoped fix rounds

This branch is still receiving the accepted companion v0.2.0 JAR, ECHO recovery quest, Far Relay quest bridge, canonical launcher assets, release candidate identity, and final gauntlet evidence. Do not merge until those tasks, exact branch CI, portal production discovery, and VPS deployment gates complete.
