Bumps the Rust crates to 0.18.1 and the Node package to 1.6.1, keeping Cargo.lock and all native binding version checks in sync.
Updates both changelogs for the relevant fixes and mainnet feature refresh in #433, #435, and #436, and advances the Rust changelog comparison links. Refreshes 39 dependencies with cargo update, including Agave/Solana 4.3.2 and wincode 0.6.3.
Validation: cargo publish -p litesvm --dry-run --locked --allow-dirty successfully packaged and compiled the crate without uploading; Cargo metadata, version consistency, JavaScript syntax, and diff checks also passed (full tests were not run).
