- add version selector dropdown
- add chosen.js scripts for dropdown styling
- add scripting for url replacement on select

This seems to be very static and not agnostic to package, so for example:
- if we build and rekasse docs now with
2.0.4and next weeks we release2.1.0how the past version of docs will be enriched with latest version? - this package is used for other packages which has its own verisons, typically below 1.0 so will it preserve their version?
