[CCUBE-2283][GZ] change web form engine to a simple schema renderer

Description of changes

• Link to ticket
• web-form-builder is inactive and unlikely to be used in the future. For now, changing it to a simple textarea input with a render button.
• A line gutter is added as some schema error provide the line producing the error
