Confirm button no enabled with location modal re-opens

Describe the bug
Results list is not fetched every time the location modal is opened.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open location modal, select a location, confirm and close modal.
2. Re-open location modal, see that the location is still selected, do not confirm, just close modal.
3. Re-open location modal, prior confirmed location is in the search input field , but the "Confirm" button is no longer enabled within the modal.

Expected behavior

1. Results list should be fetched every time the location modal is opened.
2. The previously selected location should be selected in the results list
3. With the above points fixed, the confirmed button should enabled every time the user re-opens the location modal after confirming a location.
