…engine The proposal engine handles verbatim client data and must not live in this PUBLIC contributor-program repo (which also runs an auto-scoring bot on untrusted PRs). Extracted intact to the private Life-Atlas/proposal-engine (29/29 green there). No client data was ever committed here — synthetic tests only — so no history rewrite is required.
