Accept the complete G0 and G1 detector benchmark catalogue

• Accept all 60 G0/G1 detect variants: add 11 missing model entries across YOLO9-E2E, YOLO9-P2 and TinyFormer, plus the pinned LibreYOLO commit.
• Add group metadata and a pinned inventory test covering every model's submission route, family, and input size.
• Mark P2's missing public COCO checkpoints on model pages; show unknown FLOPs as unknown. No benchmark measurements added or changed.
• Verified: submission validation, catalogue/credit/compatibility tests, lint, production build, and TinyFormer page inspection. Parameter counts for new entries measured from native initialized models.
• Not verified: Spark execution or full COCO accuracy. Requires the corresponding harness update before David's wider sweep; P2 needs locally COCO-trained weights.
