What: teach build-registry about Dome-DETR and RT-DETRv2 OBB
Why: issue #744 item 8; a regen from committed main would drop those families

• lineages.mjs now includes dome-detr
• one-line TASK_INPUT_SIZES parse so RT-DETRv2 OBB 1024 px is not dropped
• dump-inputs.mjs so the source dump is reproducible from a git revision
• registry.json _comment no longer claims the file is the rfdetr slice only

Check: generator source vs registry.json families.domedetr and rtdetr.tasks
Not verified: a full regen (needs a newer library pin plus HF listing and vision-analysis dumps)
