Adds the logo made for the 1.0 announcement film.

  • docs/brand/: the mark and lockups as SVG and PNG for light and dark grounds, favicon sizes, an avatar and an X header, with a short README on the drawing, colours and use.
  • README.md: the header shows the lockup instead of the plain title, and switches with the colour scheme.

The mark is a ring-shaped c whose upper end breaks into two film frames (red and teal), with an azure caret in its opening.

No code or skill files change.

The logo from the 1.0 announcement film: a ring-shaped c whose upper end
breaks into two film frames (red and teal), with an azure caret in its
opening. docs/brand/ holds the mark and lockups as SVG and PNG for light
and dark grounds, favicon sizes, an avatar and an X header, with a short
README on the drawing, colours and use. The README header shows the
lockup, switching with the colour scheme.
