Closes out PLAN-0008: checked off the Release-readiness, Public-preview acceptance, and Exit criteria checklists against real gathered evidence (not blanket assumption), added docs/mvp.md's Milestone 8 Outcome section and final Success Criteria review, and fixed docs/plans/README.md's stale "Not Started" row for a plan that's been in progress the whole milestone. Two real gaps found during this closeout review, not silently checked off: - Release-readiness: the breaking-change label's major-to-minor remap has never been exercised against a real labeled PR - recorded honestly as unexercised, not claimed done. - Exit criteria: Phase 6's record claimed LayeredCraft/.github#4 (the org-level SECURITY.md/CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md fix) had already landed; it was still open, so the live inherited files were still the original weaker versions. The user merged it during this same closeout; re-verified live afterward - genuinely resolved now. PLAN-0008 status: Done. Milestone 8 / MVP complete.
