The bug report and feature request templates prefilled
[BUG]and[Feature], which are not areas a target lists indocs/CONTRIBUTING.md, while a target's issue titles use those areas. Both templates now prefill no title, and the Contributions text says that issue titles use the same[area]prefix as PR titles. The finding comes from the squad run for Censio#59.🎫 Issues
