📖 Description
Refreshes the squad and agent rules from Squad-Spec-Repository-Template (
77cc882→07bdc6f, profiledotnet). Plans now split work into task groups with a hard size limit, and every Lead mode starts as a fresh launch with earlier plan checks. The Lead gains a docs mode, and a member that stops on a safeguard now escalates to the Product Manager. A released decision record without anArea:field can now get its area from an## Area assignmenttable in a later record. The squad tools (plan-check.py,decision-check.py,scope-check.py,squad-log.py,analyzer_common.py) and the Git guard hook are updated to match, including fixes for findings SonarCloud reported in the template's tools.🎫 Issues
