📖 Description

This refreshes the squad from Squad-Spec-Repository-Template, moving the recorded template commit from daa6b39 to 8fd1c96 (profile dotnet, unchanged). The only template change in that range is in the managed .squad/routing.md, which now lists CLAUDE.md under the Managed files instead of mentioning it separately after the Marked files. No seeded files changed upstream, so .squad/stack.md and squad_settings.py need no hand-carried updates, and no files were backed up, skipped, retired or left with references to removed files.
