[Docs] Update the squad from Squad-Spec-Repository-Template

📖 Description

This PR refreshes the squad and agent rules from Squad-Spec-Repository-Template (stack profile dotnet, template commit a97f7ab, recorded in .squad/template.json). The template-managed agents, skills, routing and tools are updated, along with the non-project parts of CLAUDE.md, docs/ARCHITECTURE.md, docs/CONTRIBUTING.md, docs/decisions/README.md and the PR template. New are the Git/GitHub write guard for squad agents (.claude/hooks/git-guard.py), the pinned shellcheck/actionlint/hadolint installer, the decision-consolidate skill, scope-check.py, decision-check.py, squad-log.py and the area documents under docs/areas/. AGENTS.md, the .agents/skills/ and .github/skills/ mirrors, the old .squad/agents/* charters and histories, and .squad/decisions.md are removed; they held nothing project-specific beyond what CLAUDE.md and .claude/agents/ already carry. .github/copilot-instructions.md is kept for GitHub Copilot and now mirrors the updated CLAUDE.md from the first ## heading on (keeping it on future refreshes is LarsLaskowski/Squad-Spec-Repository-Template#73). The seeded files are updated by hand to match the new profile seeds: squad_settings.py gets BASE_REF, COVERAGE_THRESHOLD, COVERAGE_OVERALL_THRESHOLD and COVERAGE_TEST_PATHSPECS, .squad/stack.md the shell-linter paragraph, and docs/UNIT_TESTS.md the coverage-threshold sentence. The unreleased decision record 0003 is edited in place to drop the retired mirror paths.

The profile's .gitattributes seed is added as well: text files are checked out with CRLF, matching .editorconfig and the Reihitsu analyzer. *.sh and the Dockerfile stay LF, so no carriage return reaches bash or a RUN command, and the image and font types are marked binary.

The line-ending change only affects the working tree. The repository already stores every text file with LF. README.md was the one exception, stored with CRLF, and is normalized to LF here, so its diff touches every line but changes no content (git diff -w is empty). Existing clones pick up the new line endings on their next checkout, or immediately with git rm --cached -r . && git reset --hard. In DockerUpdateGuard.slnx, the former Copilot solution folder is now named Instructions and also lists CLAUDE.md. No new dev dependencies.

📑 Test Plan

config-check.py and decision-check.py pass. With the CRLF working tree, Format check, Build and the Analyzer gate pass, including shellcheck and the S7679/S7688 checks on the new shell scripts. All 501 tests pass, and the Coverage gate passes with 84.0 % overall coverage. scope-check.py flags this change because it edits squad files, which that check rejects in product PRs only; this PR is a template refresh.
