CI installed the latest stable at run time, so a new clippy lint could fail
-D warningson unrelated PRs (as in #30). Pins the fmt, build and wasm-test jobs todtolnay/rust-toolchain@1.99.0, the version main currently passes on. Upgrade by changing these refs in a PR and fixing any new lints there.release.ymlstays on stable since it runs no lints.
