This archive contains only the code, configuration, documentation, and compact aggregate artifacts needed to reproduce the third paper's SNI, DIMON, thermal, blend, controlled-gap, and scaling experiments. Raw datasets, paper PDFs, TeX build products, and unrelated monorepo files are intentionally excluded.
