What
Adds
TODO.mdwith the open topics, grouped by area: geometry, aerodynamics and physical models, I/O and optimization, repository.Written in Italian: it is a working document for the two of us, not user documentation.

mainand does not depend on the other open PRs, so it can be merged at any time.Some items match decisions already discussed in the other PRs (boundary layer, Prandtl-Glauert, trailing edge, licence, default seed, Cd limit of objective 2).
