CI failed because Kotlin 2.4.20 promotes KTLC-284 to an error on applyStableHookId<HookBuilder?>. Pushed 963847c3 to use non-null HookBuilder, matching the existing Display/Resources installers.

#129 is the same one-line catalog bump and can be closed as a duplicate.
