- 增加 rustup 多镜像源 fallback 机制，顺序为 rsproxy、清华、中科大、官方
- 支持自定义镜像源顺序与单一源地址，增强灵活性和兼容性
- 添加超时控制，避免单源安装时长时间挂起卡死
- 清理残留文件以避免配置冲突，保证安装环境干净
- 配置 cargo 使用国内 sparse 镜像源，减少 crates.io 拉取超时风险
- 允许通过构建参数切换 cargo 镜像源，支持多备选地址
