- 新增详细的中文与英文 Docker 生产及本地部署文档（DEPLOY.md、DEPLOY_EN.md）
- 补充部署相关脚本及示例配置文件，支持跨平台本地开发环境
- .gitignore 更新，忽略本地及部署相关临时文件，保留示例配置
- README 中新增多种启动模式说明，强化安装和升级指引
- 新增升级指南（UPGRADE.md），详细说明 Python 与 Rust 版本要求及迁移步骤
- dev.py 脚本增强，添加启动前 Python 和 Rust 环境检查，提前报错提示
- 移除 backend/agent_extensions.py 文件及相关旧代码
