Change: getNFromSize -> getNFromByteSize in main.py to accommodate the change in tranfer to Bytes

Switching to raw bytes for BloomFilter (Bit Array) to reduce the Bit-Array by 8 times and removed the validate_array data-member.
Ported code in main.py, BloomFilter.py and P2P/utils.py to work with raw bytes to accommodate the above change.
