resQ is an open-source emergency dispatch application designed to provide help at the speed of sound. This initial release focuses on bridging the gap between a crisis and an accurate response by combining voice context with precise GPS tracking.

Installation Instructions
- Download the attached
resQ.apk. - Open the file on your Android device.
- If prompted, "Allow installation from unknown sources" (this is standard for APKs outside the Play Store).
- Launch the app, sign in, and you're ready.

This build was created for the hackathon submission. It is optimized for speed of response and minimal user interaction. Development builds can be triggered by contributors using the instructions in the main README.
