Combines hadronic spectra, direct production spectra, and LLP spectra into multi-column data tables to reduce the package size and number of intermediate files. Tables have columns corresponding to each production mechanism and generator/configuration combinations. New methods for the Utility class include write_list_angle_momenta_weights which converts a grid of angles and momenta and weights with different column names into a compressed gzipped data table. The method read_list_angle_momenta_weights which reads these gzipped tables and returns the angles, momenta, and weights for the given set of column names. Unit tests were also modified with Windows compatible path names and updated benchmark values.
Fixes plot_production to use new LLP_Spectra format.
