CMake [MR 12514](https://gitlab.kitware.com/cmake/cmake/-/merge_requests/12514) added instrumentation process metrics to the test metrics reported by CTest when instrumentation is enabled. This PR builds on Kitware#4002, adding a process memory heatmap option to the test execution timeline card on the build tests page.

Following Kitware#4013, this PR adds a process memory heatmap to the build instrumentation chart.
