Add "macOS" to list of known operating system names - #3997

The build summary card currently only shows an apple icon for the operating system names "Darwin" and "OSX". CTest reports the name "macOS" for the latest version of macOS. This updates the list to include "macOS" in the list of apple names, and refactors the relevant code to be more concise.
