This project is a group coursework developed between November 2025 and December 2025
Tomorrow Times is a speculative design project that explores a future-oriented news website set in the year 2100.
The project blends plausible scientific predictions with inspirations from science fiction films and novels, while referencing the structure and interaction patterns of today’s leading global news platforms.
The goal is to imagine how news content, visual language, and user experience might evolve in the future, and to design an innovative media platform capable of presenting future news topics that could attract and engage audiences.
- Concept Development & Narrative Design: Developed the overall concept, future setting, and narrative framework of the website
- Information Architecture & Prototyping: Designed page structure and user flow, and created interactive prototypes
- UI Design: Designed the visual style, layout system, and interface components
- Front-end Development (Partial): Implemented parts of the website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
I was responsible for the overall creative direction, narrative logic, prototype creation, UI design, and partial code implementation, working collaboratively within a course-based group project.
