Get Form Identifier in Subscribe.html for custom success message

Hi.

I looked into the Subscription Controller and you add the node to the indexAction. With this I can identify which form I want to render and show different form fields.

Is it possible to do the same with the subscribeAction to show a specific success message depending on the form?
