Upgrades the Next.js app to the current stack, adds Node pinning, CI, lint/typecheck/build scripts, security headers, and removes stale unused files/dependencies.
Validation: npm ci, lint, typecheck, build, test, and check passed. Note: npm audit still reports a moderate advisory from Next's bundled PostCSS dependency; force-fixing would be inappropriate until Next releases a stable fix.
