Structured, source-traced knowledge libraries and lightweight browser apps for Aletheia. Evidence-checked, vendor-neutral and usable online or locally.
- Public knowledge website: https://karstenevans.github.io/aletheia-knowledge/ . Send visitors here or to a published app page, not to the raw
.mdor GitHub file viewer. - Agent router: short entry point for Codex/Kimi/other repository agents; it points to the real guides rather than duplicating them.
- GUI and behaviour contract: layout, mobile use, substantive card previews, MORE, links and resources.
- Common code and reusable prompts: HTML patterns, safe parsing, page-spec template and fresh-chat work prompts.
- Shared task register: handover, active work, verification and follow-up.
Before editing, read those three guides and the current target Markdown/HTML. Every HTML page should have a matching *-page.md build specification (see the task register for legacy pages still awaiting theirs). The GitHub source is shared master; reconcile more recent local edits rather than overwriting them. Canonical facts live in knowledge/; the runnable website lives on GitHub Pages.
app/— lightweight.htminterfaces.knowledge/— Markdown knowledge libraries.knowledge/knowledge.json— explicit machine-readable inventory of published collections; the static site must not pretend it can enumerate a GitHub folder at runtime.resources/— resource / book / gift pages linked from the apps.youtube/— standalone source-attributed YouTube-media companions, withindex.htmlfor people andindex.jsonas a maintained manifest; the original recommendation may have come from another platform.linkedin/— standalone LinkedIn-source companions, likewise withindex.htmlandindex.json. Keep published paths stable; do not physically move the two libraries into a common folder merely to combine navigation.ideas/aletheia-publisher.md— consolidated research-first, human-approved Aletheia Publisher idea. Future optional virtual Social Media aggregation can read both JSON catalogues without changing existing public URLs.

The app loads its Markdown library from ../knowledge/ when hosted. It also supports LOAD .MD LOCALLY for offline use or local testing.
- Canonical six-card knowledge-only collection: CV, ATS, vacancy verification and interviews.
- Companion interactive worldwide Aletheia Job Search and free practical resource cards.
- The collection is listed in the explicit manifest as knowledge-only; do not describe a separate Knowledge HTML reader as deployed until it is created and browser-tested.
- Original course-source and application review, added 15 October 2026; Stanford's complete 2025 nine-lecture series is distinguished from its in-progress 2026 edition.
- Proposed: measurable Aletheia Improve acceptance tests, relevant-only Markdown retrieval, portable handovers, and an original accessible Smart Learn nine-lesson path. The licence distinction between MIT-licensed author cheatsheets and separately hosted Stanford teaching materials is explicit.
- Status: knowledge-only. No new public app, Stanford-media copy, changed Improve process or implemented Learn course; tracked in AK-103.
- Knowledge-only first release: 48 source-linked UK money-saving cards, with a machine-readable source index and community research audit, checked 13 October 2026.
- Subjects include bills, budgeting, debt, benefits, banking, pensions, mortgages, consumer rights, insurance, travel and shopping. Original guidance and action notes, not a republication of MSE articles.
- Independent and unaffiliated with MoneySavingExpert.com. Nine additional forum leads have independently checked official/advice links; links return to original MSE guides and checking authorities; current offers, legal rules, eligibility and rates need rechecking before use. Browser reader source: Aletheia Money Saving, with reader specification. GitHub Pages / device tests pending.
- Canonical knowledge-only collection: food processing, prediabetes, diabetes and gut microbiome, added 7 October 2026.
- First evidence card records the 2026 randomized crossover Nature Metabolism study in which nutrient-matched UPF and non-UPF meals produced different insulin, substrate-use and neural responses.
- Separate cards preserve the age/prediabetes nuance and correct the educational gut-battle metaphor: Bifidobacterium and Bacteroides are not universally "good" and "bad" camps; species, strain, diet, medication and host context matter.
- Status is knowledge-only. No medical advice, personal health record or deployed Metabolic Health reader is claimed.
- Canonical source-checked, knowledge-only note: knowledge/aletheia-free-search-intelligence.md; indexed in
knowledge/knowledge.jsonand visible inknowledge/index.html. - Distinguishes Google Trends normalised interest, keyword-volume estimates, verified-property performance and Bing AI citations. Reviews Google/Bing official free-first research tools and ClickBank as a research-only lead, not product endorsement.
- Future proposal: reuse one measurement/source-provenance contract across Aletheia Improve, Discover, Publisher and Trust Check. No paid subscription, billing-required Ads setup, tracking install, purchased course, connected account or deployed app. Tracked in AK-098.
- Original analysis: knowledge/aletheia-creator-os-content-system.md (ten source-traced original cards, added 29 September 2026).
- Distinguishes Chris Donnelly's advertised post-signup paid Creator OS Notion framework from the separate promised free course and earlier Claude Content OS link in the 12 Free AI Guides knowledge notes.
- Reuses the content-workflow ideas as a possible future extension of Aletheia LinkedIn Publisher; no purchase, HTML reader, Notion clone or automatic social posting exists for this research task. Tracked as AK-095.
- Public app: https://karstenevans.github.io/aletheia-knowledge/app/aletheia-ai-knowledge.htm
- Knowledge:
knowledge/aletheia-ai-knowledge.md - Discovery source register:
knowledge/aletheia-ai-discovery-sources.md - Scope: current AI capabilities and practical workflows across ChatGPT/OpenAI, Google Gemini, Claude/Anthropic, DeepSeek, Kimi/Moonshot AI, Manus, Grok/SpaceXAI, Odysseus and the provider-neutral Aletheia/Thalia layers.
- Method: primary product documentation for capability facts; community reports are explicitly labelled as field notes; time-sensitive claims carry a last-checked date.
- Design: useful information lives in each card before MORE or WEB SEARCH. Live search refreshes changing facts rather than substituting for stored knowledge.
- Discovery:
knowledge/knowledge.jsongives static tools and future apps an explicit collection inventory without making the library depend on GitHub API folder listing.
- Knowledge:
knowledge/aletheia-weird-history.md - Discovery sources: Stick a Flag in It, selected Horrible Histories books, and All About History: Book of Weird History.
- Status: curated library with a published GitHub Pages reader and resource page.
- Method: books provide topic discovery only. Claims are independently checked, source-traced, context-qualified and stored as self-contained retrieval cards.
- Portable design: stable IDs, plain Markdown metadata, evidence/confidence fields, review dates and a normal resource backlink. Cloudflare AI Search or other retrieval services may add capabilities, but are optional.
- Resources:
resources/aletheia-weird-history-rsc.htm
- Public tool: https://karstenevans.github.io/aletheia-app/aletheia-windows-debloat/aletheia-windows-debloat.htm
- Role: safe planning front end plus optional Windows Rescue PowerShell companion. The 1 October 2026 Improve pass repaired the companion and added read-only Windows-managed storage measurement; real Windows 10/11 device verification remains pending.
- Linked knowledge:
knowledge/aletheia-secret-windows.md
- Knowledge: knowledge/aletheia-secret-windows.md
- Scope: Windows 7 legacy context, Windows 10/11, supported Windows Server, CMD, PowerShell, repair/recovery, networking, safe debloat, administration, Chrome and a small web-admin crossover.
- Discovery sources: supplied Windows command, Server, PowerShell and beginner guides are used as topic maps only.
- Status: curated library with a GitHub Pages knowledge reader and live resource page. Check the current Markdown front matter for its version.
- Method: every time-sensitive or version-sensitive claim is independently checked against current primary documentation and tagged for lifecycle/risk.
- Safety design: read/observe first, reversible changes before destructive ones, no blind service/AppX/registry debloat scripts.
Sources can include books, scientific papers, public guidance and reputable websites. Copyrighted books are used for topic discovery and provenance, not copied into the repository. Aletheia knowledge cards are independently written, checked and updated.
The canonical knowledge is plain Markdown and must not depend on a particular AI, cloud service, database or affiliate network. Optional services may index, search or distribute it. Resource pages may contain clearly disclosed affiliate links, while the knowledge cards themselves contain only ordinary backlinks.

Aletheia Waste to Garden now:
- loads a stored browser copy of the knowledge library first when available;
- falls back to the repository-relative Markdown file and then the public GitHub raw file;
- can store the current knowledge library in browser storage for offline use;
- can save a separate
.mdfile using the browser's save picker/download behaviour; - can reload a local
.mdfile manually and remembers it for later sessions; - checks the GitHub copy when online and reports when it differs;
- provides a section-aware
JUMP TO CARDselector in addition to search and card browsing.
Browser security does not allow a webpage to silently scan a user's Downloads folder or write beside the .htm file. The app therefore uses browser storage for automatic local-first loading and a user-selected file save for portable backups.
