Blockchain based to-do listi. Basic to-do list app. Clone the repo and follow the steps

1. npm install
2. npm start
3. once started project is available on browser at http://127.0.0.1:8080/
4. Works with MetaMask provider on Google chrome
5. Deployed on Kovan at - 0xd8ff462c9199b16569414cedabf864ef2b845c94
