fix : added ASCII fallback for LayoutDebug grid box-drawing characters

Description

Fixes a bug in the LayoutDebug widget where the debug grid always renders with Unicode box-drawing characters (│, ─) regardless of terminal Unicode support. This causes display issues on ASCII-only terminals.

The fix adds caps.unicode checks and falls back to | and - when Unicode is disabled.

• packages/widgets/src/display/LayoutDebug.ts — replaced hardcoded │ and ─ with caps.unicode checks using vertChar and horizChar variables
• packages/widgets/src/display/LayoutDebug.test.ts — added test verifying ASCII grid fallback
