Automated pipeline for AMD Developer Cloud account registration, email verification, and GPU credit requests.

Full pipeline using browser cookies for authentication:
- Import cookies → Authenticated session (skip Okta)
- Fill AMD developer profile (name, company, country, academia)
- Submit Marketo credit form (use_case validated)
