#19 — Tutorials 02 + 03: verified end-to-end

Verify both tutorials on real environments: Tutorial 02 (add a DTN algorithm) by implementing MaxProp end-to-end; Tutorial 03 (run on RPi) on the lab RPi3B+. Both tested cold by a team member who didn't write them.

Acceptance criteria:

• MaxProp in simulator/dtn/maxprop.py, tested, registered in _ROUTERS
• Tutorial 02 verified by a different team member
• Tutorial 03 tested on lab RPi3B+; actual timings and memory figures filled in
• Known pitfalls section in Tutorial 03
