Show the current reasoning level in the bottom bar right after the model when it differs from the startup baseline.

  • model: z-ai/glm-5.3-flash · High · cost: … while /thinking high is active
  • Label hides when the setting matches the baseline (built-in or config override), including after switching back
  • Display-only: no new levels, no change to provider requests; setting still carries across /model and session switches

Tests: 4 new (statusline render seam + /thinking handler seam). Full suite green (1086 passed; only pre-existing telemetry failures from missing optional extras).

/thinking (and /reasoning) now surface the current reasoning level in the
bottom bar right after the model — model: <m> · High · cost: … — only while
it differs from the startup baseline (config-effective). Switching back to
the baseline hides the label. Display-only: provider requests are unchanged.
