Fix for terminal state condition and get timelimit from XML instead of opts.

Thanks for the patch. As you can see, I've updated the readme with instructions on how to keep Malmo separate, and also condensed Minecraft.lua a little bit. As you can see from my comment, if you think you can get qlua working that would be great. It also seems to break luaposix, but I'm not sure exactly what the issue is.
