Let people search for a variable by keyword #17

Right now the only way to find a variable is to print the whole list of about eighty codes and read through it. Nobody remembers that inflation is called infl or that government debt is gen_govdebt_GDP.

It would help a lot to search by word instead. Something like asking for variables that match "inflation" or "debt" and getting back the matching codes with their plain description, instead of scrolling the full table.

This would make the tool much easier to pick up for someone who does not already know the variable codes by heart.
